Dear Everything tells an urgent story driven by galvanizing and emotional pop and folk music, that speaks to the dialectic of our times—adults focused on surviving the now as youth hold a fierce eye on the future. ONE BILLION RISING activists have been mobilizing worldwide our 2026 campaign - RISE FOR OUR BODIES, OUR EARTH, OUR FUTURE - to transform the architectures of violence and to disrupt the systems that violate, extract, diminish, exclude, and destroy.
At City of Joy in the Democratic Republic of Congo, we have graduated 2,407 survivors to date. At the V-Day Safe House for Girls in Narok County, Kenya, girls continue to break taboos while dedicating themselves to their education and communities. VOICES, our interdisciplinary audio play and campaign grounded in Black women’s stories across the diaspora, is poised to launch in communities worldwide. Following its first tour, our newest artistic production - Dear Everything: A Musical Uprising for the Earth - will take the stage at BAM in New York City on Earth Day 2026, featuring the iconic Jane Fonda as narrator. •VOICES, our interdisciplinary audio play and campaign grounded in Black women’s stories across the diaspora, is poised to launch in communities worldwide and is accompanied by a solidarity toolkit to guide listeners toward action.
•Following its first tour, our newest artistic production - Dear Everything: A Musical Uprising for the Earth - will take the stage at BAM in New York City on Earth Day 2026, featuring the iconic Jane Fonda as narrator. Created as theater for the people, to date 90% of the seats have been gifted to students, climate activists, farmers, front line workers AND over $90k in grants have been awarded to youth-led climate groups.

face of the climate crisis, premieres in NYC in a concert event on January 30 at Terminal 5. Audience members at the one-night-only event will be the first to hear the new anthems that represent the youngest generation of activists. DEAR EVERYTHING`s impact will extend beyond the stage and into climate crisis rallies, marches, and more.
The galvanizing story is written and narrated by Tony and Obie Award Winner V (formerly Eve Ensler), with music by Grammy Award Nominee Justin Tranter & Caroline Pennell, & Eren Cannata, lyrics by Justin Tranter, Caroline Pennell & V, and with contributions by Tony® winner and Broadway favorite Idina Menzel. Directed by Tony Award winner and the Terrie and Bradley Bloom Artistic Director of the American Repertory Theater (A.R.T.) at Harvard University, Diane Paulus, DEAR EVERYTHING is exactly what audiences need to kick off 2025. Leading the company will be: V (Eve Ensler), Latrice Pace, YDE, Paravi Das, Luke Ferrari, Michael Williams, Brittany Campbell, Terrence Archie, Caesar Samayoa, Benny Elledge, and Allison Guinn.
